The Peterborough, Lindsay, Northumberland, Kawartha Lakes areas experienced an unprecedented weather event over the weekend. Nexicom is working to restore services as quickly as possible, but also as safely as possible. Nexicom needs to let Hydro One repair any downed powerlines, and municipalities clear roadways before we can access some of our sites.
We are running equipment on generators as needed, but you may experience intermittent outages as Hydro service is restored and then in some cases goes back out again.
Stay safe and watch for falling trees or downed Hydro lines.
