Please be informed that following the lifting of COVID regulations in Ontario and Québec, effective September 30 2022,  field technicians entering in Customers’ homes are expected to wear masks unless the Customer advises differently, with the following exceptions:

1. Employees that are experiencing symptoms and/or confirmed Covid Positive 10 days prior must wear a mask for 10 days regardless of the Customers’ comfort level.

2. Long Term Care residences
