Customer Service Representative

~Nexicom is looking for an enthusiastic individual that is willing to give Exceptional Customer Service, to fill a One Year full time contract position. ~

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a best in class Customer Experience;
  • Customer Engagement;
  • Sharing product knowledge;
  • Listening to customers and assisting with signing up for the service they need and want;
  • Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to customers while adhering to policies and procedures;
  • Address customer complaints and respond to difficult inquiries, over the phone, through email and face to face;
  • Process new accounts and update customer information as required;
  • Ensure customer retention and satisfaction;
  • Maintaining service levels and achieving business and performance goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Conduct yourself with optimism, empathy and integrity
  • Ambitious self-starter;
  • Customer service/inside sales experience;
  • Effective interpersonal and communication;
  • Disciplined when it comes to managing your time, evaluating your priorities and accomplishing your goals;
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work well within a team environment;
  • Proficiency with MS Office Programs
    above average keyboarding skills;
  • Ideally you possess a post-secondary education (or and equivalent combination of training and experience)
